Stay Wild Bracelet
Did you know Australia is home to 7% of all the species on earth--more than twice that of North America and Europe combined? Unfortunately Australia has the worst mammal extinction record in the world. More than 20 mammals have become extinct in the last 200 years. Currently there are more than 1,500 mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and plants listed as threatened with extinction and there are over 3,000 ecosystems facing extinction.
By wearing this bracelet, created for WAFI by New York designer Catherine Zadeh, you are helping reverse that trend. Each $150 purchase of the WAFI “Stay Wild” bracelet will assist in the acquisition of land in Australia for the conservation of threatened species and ecosystems, conducting research into conservation and biodiversity and undertaking public education regarding Australian wildlife conservation.
Each bracelet features a sterling silver snake on an adjustable black cord with the words “Stay Wild” engraved on the back. $100 of each purchase is tax deductible.
Please enjoy this bracelet and wear it as an ambassador for Australian wilderness.
